What you'll do
- Implementing DevOps tools and practices in the company
- Monitoring and optimizing the operation of IT infrastructure
- Automation of CI/CD processes
- Collaboration with programming and operational teams
- Implementation and management of monitoring and log analysis tools
- Maintaining and updating cloud solutions
- Continuous improvement and optimization of IT processes
- Ensuring the security and compliance of systems with applicable standards and regulations
- Help in solving problems related to IT infrastructure
What we're looking for
- Practice in deploying applications in Amazon AWS,
- Good knowledge of Linux systems
- Good knowledge of Terraform,
- Good knowledge of at least VPC, EC2, RDS, auto-merge groups, S3, Cloudflare, ElasticSearch
- Knowledge of configuring and using tools: Nginx, Apache, Php-fpm, Redis, HAProxy
- Knowledge of managing and optimizing database engines: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MSSQL
- Experience in working with AWS-based solutions
- Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written- used in everyday work.

What you'll do
- Planning, monitoring and reporting of all software development activities within the project/product
- Support in defining the product vision and creating a long-term development strategy in line with market needs and business goals
- Creating, prioritizing and managing the product backlog – defining acceptance criteria and functional requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify ongoing needs, changes, and bug fixes.
- Software release management, organization of sprints, reviews and retrospectives
- Coordinating the work of a team of programmers, analysts, testers, devops
- Reporting and documenting work and project progress
What we're looking for
- You have at least 2 years of experience in running software development projects
- You know and use agile project management methodologies perfectly and understand the full software development life cycle
- You have experience in planning and estimating tasks for the team, as well as in managing the product backlog
- You enjoy being involved in defining the product vision, developing a development strategy and effectively setting priorities.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English

- You are familiar with project planning, implementation and documentation tools, in particular JIRA and Confluence
- You proactively manage risks and events and implement mitigation actions

What you'll do
- Participation in the process of gathering business requirements
- Conducting business and system analysis and documenting it
- Business process modeling
- Preparation of functional and non-functional requirements, interface sketches, preparation of user stories, use cases, depending on the adopted project methodology
- Development of a systems domain model
- Support in preparing acceptance criteria, test scenarios and software tests
- Collaboration with the team throughout the entire stage of creating an IT system or changing it, mainly with programmers and testers
What we're looking for
- You have at least 2 years of experience in preparing business and system analyses in the context of software development
- You can use UML and BPMN in analysis
- You know the basics of relational databases and SQL
- You know how to use toolsVisual Paradigm, Camunda, Balsamiq
- You have a good command of spoken and written English
- You can communicate well with clients and project stakeholders
