We developed a dedicated mobile application for Euro-Eko’s drivers, optimizing the management of used oil collection routes. The solution is integrated with the CRM system, enabling efficient visit planning, collection registration, and data synchronization with a central database.

Challange

The key challenge was ensuring that the application would operate reliably even in areas with limited Internet access. Another important factor was automating the process – scanning barell barcodes with a PDA scanner and remotely updating the collection status in the CRM.

Approach

We began by defining and implementing an API to facilitate communication between the mobile app and the CRM. The application was built using Flutter, with offline support and automatic synchronization once connectivity was restored. Pilot tests confirmed that the interface is user-friendly and that the features meet drivers’ needs.

Results

As a result, Euro-Eko significantly accelerated the process of collecting used oil. Integration with the CRM shortened service times and reduced errors, while barcode scanning streamlined field operations. The project concluded successfully, providing a solid foundation for further digitalization of logistics processes within the industry.
