The project involved implementing a dedicated CRM solution based on open-source software (EspoCRM), enhanced with a set of modules supporting machine safety management. In addition to typical CRM features, the deployed system is carefully tailored to the needs of companies specializing in machine inspections, audits, or risk assessments. Thanks to specialized modules, it not only enables recording contractors and managing projects, but also provides detailed machine records along with their full histories. This facilitates comprehensive hazard analyses and the creation of technical reports within a dedicated risk assessment module. Meanwhile, the Client Portal offers clear presentation of inspection results, collects comments, and allows real-time consultations with customers. As a result, businesses can more effectively manage complex processes - from acquiring new clients, through quoting and negotiations, to final documentation and post-sales service - all within one integrated environment.
